This Invoice is issued by Baker, a registered confectionery and bakery enterprise headquartered in the heart of Japan Tokyo. All products listed herein are prepared in Baker's dedicated production facility located in Shibuya, Tokyo, in strict compliance with the Japanese Food Sanitation Act and the Food Labeling Act. The custom wedding cake and seasonal pastry trays are made to order and are non-refundable once production has commenced.
Baker guarantees that all bread, pastry, and confectionery items delivered under this Invoice will be produced within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date to ensure peak freshness. Cold-chain logistics within the Tokyo metropolitan area are maintained at temperatures between 2°C and 6°C for all perishable items. Any product arriving in a compromised condition must be reported to Baker's customer service line within 4 hours of delivery.
This Invoice constitutes a binding commercial document under the Civil Code of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding the goods or services described, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, disputes shall be submitted to the Tokyo District Court for adjudication.
