Terms, Conditions & Notes
- All baked goods are produced fresh at our Nairobi, Kenya production facility and must be consumed within 48 hours of the stated delivery date for optimal quality and safety.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the invoice date. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month as per Kenyan commercial law.
- This invoice is issued in accordance with the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) eTIMS compliance requirements. A digital receipt will be generated upon payment confirmation.
- Any disputes regarding the quality or quantity of baked goods must be raised in writing within 24 hours of delivery to our Nairobi office. Our baker's team will inspect and resolve any concerns promptly.
- Custom orders (items 4 and 6) are non-refundable once production has commenced. Standard items may be returned if damaged in transit, subject to photographic evidence.
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of packaging materials. No additional charges will apply unless mutually agreed in writing.
