Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice issued by Baker, located in Mexico City, Mexico, is valid for payment within thirty (30) calendar days from the Issue Date stated above. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month, in accordance with Mexican commercial law (Código de Comercio).
- All products listed on this Invoice are baked and prepared at the Baker production facility in Mexico City, Mexico, in compliance with COFEPRIS (Comisión Federal para la Protección contra Riesgos Sanitarios) food safety regulations and NOM-251-SCFI-2009 labeling standards.
- Delivery is scheduled within the Mexico City metropolitan area. Baker assumes full responsibility for product integrity during transit. Any claims for damaged or spoiled goods must be filed in writing within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to [email protected].
- Custom orders, including the Baker Celebration Series wedding cakes and private-label packaging, are non-refundable once production has commenced. Cancellations must be submitted at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled production date.
- IVA (Impuesto al Valor Agregado) at the current rate of 16% is included in all line items as mandated by the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (SAT) of Mexico. A CFDI (Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet) will be issued electronically upon confirmation of payment.
- Baker reserves the right to substitute equivalent ingredients in the event of supply shortages, provided that the nutritional profile and quality standards of the Baker brand are maintained. The client will be notified of any substitutions prior to production.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the United Mexican States, specifically the jurisdiction of Mexico City. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through the commercial courts of Mexico City, Mexico.
- By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that Baker is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the products described herein. All trademarks, product names, and the Baker brand identity are the exclusive property of Baker Artisan Bakery & Confectionery, S.A. de C.V., Mexico City.
