Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Golden Crust Baker, a registered artisan bakery operating in Myanmar Yangon, in accordance with the commercial agreement dated 28 May 2025 between the Baker and Yangon Riverside Hotel & Convention Centre. All items listed above were prepared exclusively for the Annual Corporate Gala Dinner event.
2. Payment of the full Invoice amount of 5,563,000 MMK (Five Million Five Hundred Sixty-Three Thousand Myanmar Kyat) is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall incur an interest charge of 2% per month as stipulated in the service contract.
3. All baked goods and pastries listed in this Invoice are prepared fresh by our Baker team on the morning of 18 June 2025 to ensure maximum freshness and quality. The Baker guarantees that all ingredients sourced from local Myanmar Yangon suppliers meet the highest food safety and hygiene standards as regulated by the Ministry of Commerce, Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
4. The custom three-tier display cake and all pastry platters will be delivered to the banquet hall no later than 10:00 AM on the delivery date. The Baker's on-site staff will remain for the full six-hour service window to handle guest requests, replenish stations, and ensure a seamless presentation throughout the event.
5. Any modifications, cancellations, or changes to the order specified in this Invoice must be communicated in writing to the Baker no later than 72 hours prior to the delivery date. Cancellations within 72 hours will be subject to a 50% non-refundable charge on the total Invoice value.
6. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Invoice shall be considered void, and a new Invoice must be generated by the Baker's accounting department in Myanmar Yangon.
