Payment Deadline: This Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge as per the terms agreed upon in the service contract.
Validity: This Invoice is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of issue. After this period, Baker Artisan Bakery reserves the right to re-evaluate pricing due to fluctuating ingredient costs in the Philippines Manila market.
