Notes & Terms of Service
This invoice is issued by Moscow Baker Co. LLC, a registered bakery and pastry services company operating in Moscow, Russia. All products listed above are prepared by our qualified Baker team in compliance with Russian Federal Law No. 29-FZ "On Technical Regulation" and applicable GOST standards for baked goods.
All deliveries will be made within the administrative boundaries of Moscow, Russia, at the address specified by the client. The Baker team guarantees that all bread, pastries, and cakes are produced using ingredients sourced from approved Russian and EU suppliers, with full traceability documentation available upon request.
Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue of this invoice. Late payments will incur a penalty of 0.1% per day of delay, in accordance with Article 317.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Payment should be made via bank transfer to the account details specified above.
The Baker services described in line item 5 (training) are non-refundable once the session has commenced. All custom cakes (line item 3) require a minimum 72-hour advance notice for design approval and production scheduling in our Moscow bakery facility.
This invoice constitutes a binding commercial document under Russian civil law. In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to resolve matters through negotiation, failing which disputes shall be submitted to the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, Russia.
