1. All bread and pastry items listed in this Invoice are prepared fresh by the Baker at our production facility located on Nevsky Prospekt, Saint Petersburg, Russia. Items are baked on the morning of delivery to ensure maximum freshness upon arrival at the restaurant kitchen.
2. The Baker reserves the right to substitute equivalent artisan products in the event of temporary unavailability of specific ingredients, provided prior written notice is given to the client no later than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
3. All products comply with the sanitary and epidemiological standards established by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Certificates of conformity and quality passports are available upon request and are attached to each delivery batch.
4. This Invoice covers the supply period from 16 June 2025 through 30 June 2025. A subsequent Invoice will be issued for the following monthly cycle. The Baker is committed to maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship in every batch produced in Saint Petersburg.
