Important Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by Baker Artisan Bakery & Confectionery Pte. Ltd., a registered entity operating in Singapore Singapore. All goods and services listed herein are subject to the Baker standard terms and conditions of sale. The delivery of all baked goods and confectionery items will be made within the Singapore Singapore metropolitan area using Baker's dedicated cold-chain logistics fleet to ensure product integrity and freshness upon arrival.
The custom wedding cakes (Item 3) require a 72-hour lead time from order confirmation to delivery. Any modifications to the design, flavour profile, or tier configuration after the initial Baker design consultation will incur an additional 15% surcharge on the affected line item. All allergen information for each product is documented in the Baker product data sheet provided separately.
Payment is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date as stated above. A late payment interest of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance beyond the due date in accordance with the Baker credit policy and the Singapore Singapore Trade Practices Act. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue.
Baker reserves the right to substitute any ingredient sourced from a single supplier with an equivalent-quality alternative if the original source becomes unavailable, provided that the substitution does not alter the allergen profile or the fundamental character of the product. All substitutions will be communicated in writing to the client's designated contact at least 48 hours prior to delivery.
For any disputes or queries regarding this Invoice, please contact the Baker Customer Relations department within fourteen (14) days of the Invoice date. Baker is committed to resolving all billing matters promptly and professionally in accordance with the consumer protection guidelines of Singapore Singapore.
