Invoice Terms, Conditions & Baker's Notes
- This Invoice is issued by Al-Nile Baker & Traditional Sweets House, a registered and licensed Baker operating in Sudan Khartoum under the Republic of the Sudan Ministry of Commerce and Industry. All products listed herein are prepared fresh by the Baker and his trained team of bakers in the Sudan Khartoum production facility.
- Payment for this Invoice must be received within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a penalty of 1.5% per week as stipulated under Sudan Khartoum commercial regulations.
- All bread and pastry items supplied by the Baker are guaranteed to be produced on the day of delivery. The Baker does not supply pre-packaged or frozen goods under this Invoice agreement.
- Delivery is scheduled for 05:00 AM on 15 June 2025 to the El-Rahma Grand Hotel kitchen entrance, North Khartoum, Sudan Khartoum. The Baker's delivery van will be clearly marked and the driver will present a copy of this Invoice for verification.
- The custom 3-tier Baker cake (Item 06) requires a 72-hour lead time. Any modifications to the design or flavor profile after the order confirmation will be subject to an additional charge as noted on a supplementary Invoice.
- All prices on this Invoice are quoted in Sudanese Pounds (SDG) and are inclusive of the Baker's labor, ingredients, and overhead. The 15% VAT is applied in accordance with the Sudan Khartoum National Revenue Authority guidelines for food and beverage businesses.
- In the event of any discrepancy in quantity or quality upon receipt, the client must notify the Baker's office in Sudan Khartoum within four (4) hours of delivery. The Baker reserves the right to inspect and, if warranted, replace the affected items at no additional cost to the client.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding commercial document between the Baker (Al-Nile Baker & Traditional Sweets House) and the client. It is valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting current Sudan Khartoum market prices for flour, sugar, and other baking ingredients will be issued.
- The Baker takes full responsibility for food safety and hygiene compliance in accordance with the Sudan Khartoum Public Health Authority standards. All products are prepared in a facility that undergoes monthly health inspections.
