Delivery Schedule: All bread and pastry items listed in this Invoice will be delivered fresh between 05:30 and 06:30 CET on the agreed dates. The custom wedding cake will be delivered and assembled on-site at 14:00 on 22 June 2024 by our Baker personally.
Cancellation Policy: Custom orders (Ref 05) must be confirmed at least 10 business days in advance. Cancellations within 5 business days of the event date will incur a 50% charge of the total Invoice amount for that line item.
Quality Guarantee: As a registered Baker operating under the Swiss Federal Act on Foodstuffs, all products in this Invoice comply with the highest quality and hygiene standards of Switzerland Zurich. Any product found to be unsatisfactory upon delivery must be reported within 2 hours of receipt.
