Payment Terms & Invoice Conditions
This Invoice issued by Baker Artisan Bakery & Catering Co., Ltd. is payable within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified above in the Thailand Bangkok banking system. Baker reserves the right to suspend all ongoing services and deliveries to the Siam Grand Hotel in Thailand Bangkok should payment remain outstanding beyond the stated due date.
- All prices quoted in this Invoice are in Thai Baht (THB) and include standard packaging unless otherwise noted.
- VAT at the rate of 7% is applied in accordance with the Revenue Code of Thailand and is non-negotiable.
- Baker guarantees the freshness and quality of all baked goods delivered within the Thailand Bangkok metropolitan area. Any items found to be damaged or past their stated shelf life upon delivery must be reported to Baker's customer service within four (4) hours of receipt.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing to Baker's billing department in Thailand Bangkok within seven (7) business days of the Invoice date. Failure to do so shall constitute acceptance of the charges listed herein.
- Baker's standard terms and conditions, as registered with the Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce, Thailand Bangkok, apply to all transactions referenced in this document.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, Baker may apply a late payment interest of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
