This Invoice has been prepared by Ankara Artisan Baker, a licensed and registered bakery operating in the Çankaya district of Ankara, Turkey. All baked goods listed on this Invoice are produced fresh daily in our Ankara production facility using locally sourced ingredients from the Ankara Valley region. - All products are subject to a 24-hour freshness guarantee from the date of delivery. Any items found to be outside acceptable quality standards must be reported to the Baker within 12 hours of receipt.
- The Baker shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to severe weather conditions affecting the Ankara region, road closures, or government-mandated restrictions.
- Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date. The Baker reserves the right to suspend future deliveries in the event of overdue payments exceeding 30 days.
- All intellectual property, including the Baker's proprietary recipes and product designs, remains the exclusive property of Ankara Artisan Baker. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without written consent.
- Disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the Turkish Code of Obligations (Türk Borçlar Kanunu).
