Invoice Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is issued by Birmingham Baker Co. Ltd., a registered Baker and confectionery supplier operating in Birmingham, United Kingdom. All goods and services described herein are subject to the terms agreed upon in our Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025.
2. Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur interest at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, applicable throughout the United Kingdom.
3. All bakery products are prepared fresh by our Baker team in Birmingham, United Kingdom, and must be consumed within the stated shelf-life period. We accept no liability for products stored beyond recommended conditions. The Baker reserves the right to substitute equivalent items in the event of ingredient unavailability, with prior written notice to the client.
4. Delivery of all goods will be made to the specified address in Birmingham, United Kingdom, between 06:00 and 10:00 on the agreed delivery date. The client is responsible for providing adequate receiving facilities and a named contact at the Birmingham, United Kingdom delivery point.
