Invoice Notes & Baker's Remarks
This Invoice has been prepared by Golden Crust Baker, a licensed and insured artisan bakery operating in the heart of United States Los Angeles. All baked goods listed above will be prepared fresh by our team of certified Bakers no more than 48 hours prior to the delivery date to ensure peak quality, flavor, and texture.
The custom wedding cake design has been approved by the client as of June 5, 2025. Any modifications requested after this date will be subject to an additional 15% surcharge on the affected line item. Our Baker will conduct a final quality inspection of all items at the studio before loading for transport to the United States Los Angeles venue.
Please note that all allergen information (gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy) has been provided in the separate allergen disclosure document attached to this Invoice. Our Baker has implemented strict cross-contamination protocols in our Los Angeles production kitchen to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions.
Payment may be made via ACH bank transfer, certified check, or corporate credit card. Please reference Invoice Number GC-2025-04872 on all remittances. Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice is due within fourteen (14) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge as permitted under California Commercial Code Section 2202.
2. Cancellations made fewer than 72 hours prior to the delivery date will result in a 50% charge on the total Invoice amount. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge.
3. Golden Crust Baker reserves the right to substitute equivalent ingredients if a specific item is unavailable due to seasonal supply constraints in the United States Los Angeles agricultural market. Our Baker will notify the client at least 48 hours in advance of any substitution.
4. All products are prepared in a facility that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and soy. While our Baker exercises extreme care, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of trace allergens.
5. This Invoice constitutes a binding agreement between Golden Crust Baker and the client upon acceptance. Governing law is the State of California, with jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, United States.
6. Golden Crust Baker is a registered business entity in the State of California and holds all required food service permits issued by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Our Baker operates in full compliance with all local, state, and federal food safety regulations.
