Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment Due: Net 30 days from the Invoice date (July 12, 2025). Payment is due in full unless otherwise arranged in writing between the Baker and the client.
Accepted Methods: Bank wire transfer to First National Bank of Miami (Account: 4482-7710-003, Routing: 021000021), certified check payable to "Sweet Crust Bakery & Patisserie," or ACH electronic transfer. The Baker does not accept personal checks for Invoice amounts exceeding $5,000.
Late Payment: A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance remaining after the due date. The Baker reserves the right to suspend all future orders and services until the outstanding Invoice balance is settled in full.
Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding this Invoice must be reported in writing to the Baker within five (5) business days of the Invoice date. The Baker will review and respond within three (3) business days. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States Miami.
Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations of custom-ordered Baker goods must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. A 25% restocking fee applies to cancellations made within 72 hours. No refunds are issued for items already baked and delivered.
