Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date, no later than July 12, 2025. Payment may be made via ACH bank transfer, certified check, or corporate credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-00472 on all remittances. A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to any balance outstanding beyond the due date, in accordance with commercial practice in United States New York City. For ACH transfers, please contact our accounts receivable department at (212) 555-0187, ext. 4 to obtain wiring instructions. All payments are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice reflects all Baker services, artisan baked goods, and on-site culinary training provided by Madame Claire's Artisan Bakery to The Grand Meridian Hotel during the month of May 2025. All products were prepared in our licensed commercial kitchen located in the Chelsea neighborhood of United States New York City, in full compliance with the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene regulations and the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets food safety standards. The Baker team responsible for this order included lead Baker Claire Dubois, senior Baker Marcus Chen, and pastry specialists Elena Vasquez and Thomas Wright. All ingredients sourced for this Invoice were procured from certified organic and local suppliers within the tri-state area. Should you have any questions, discrepancies, or require a revised Invoice, please contact our billing office within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. This document serves as the official Invoice for all transactions listed herein and supersedes any prior estimates or verbal agreements.
Terms & Conditions
- All Baker services and products listed on this Invoice are subject to the Master Service Agreement dated January 15, 2025, between Madame Claire's Artisan Bakery and The Grand Meridian Hotel, both operating in United States New York City.
- Custom orders, including wedding cakes and event pastries, must be confirmed in writing no fewer than fourteen (14) days prior to the delivery date. Rush orders are subject to availability and may incur additional fees as noted on this Invoice.
- All deliveries within United States New York City are made between the hours of 5:00 AM and 7:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, unless otherwise specified in the line-item notes above.
- The Baker reserves the right to substitute ingredients of equivalent quality in the event of seasonal unavailability, provided the client is notified at least 48 hours in advance.
- This Invoice is governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, United States New York City, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- By accepting this Invoice, the client acknowledges that all baked goods are perishable and that no returns or refunds will be issued for items delivered in proper condition and within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- Tax rates applied on this Invoice reflect the current combined sales tax rate for the borough of Manhattan, United States New York City, as of the Invoice date. Rates are subject to change by the New York City Department of Finance.
