Invoice Notes & Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by Baker Artisan Bakery & Patisserie Co., Ltd., a registered business entity operating in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City, in full compliance with the Vietnamese Accounting Law and the Law on Tax Administration.
2. All baked goods and patisserie items listed in this Invoice are prepared fresh by our master Baker team in our production kitchen located at 128 Nguyen Hue Boulevard, District 1, Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City. Products are delivered within 4 hours of baking to ensure optimal freshness and quality.
3. The Baker bespoke wedding cake order (Item 03) was confirmed via written specification dated 28 May 2025. Any modifications to the design or flavor profile after the confirmation date will be subject to a 15% surcharge on the affected item.
4. The Baker Training Session (Item 05) will be conducted at the client's premises in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City on 22–23 June 2025. The session will be led by our Head Baker, Mr. Tran Van Minh, with 18 years of experience in French and Vietnamese pastry traditions.
5. All prices stated in this Invoice are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include standard packaging. Cold-chain delivery within the boundaries of Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City is included. Deliveries to suburban districts (District 9, Thu Duc, Binh Chanh) will be quoted separately.
6. This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in raw material costs in the Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City market.
