Payment Terms & Conditions
- This Invoice must be settled within 15 calendar days from the Invoice Date via bank transfer to the account details listed below. Late payments will attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh Banking Regulations.
- The Banker reserves the right to suspend all banking services and advisory support until the full amount of this Invoice is received in the designated account at the Bangladesh Dhaka head office.
- All amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For foreign currency settlements, the prevailing Bangladesh Bank reference rate on the date of payment shall apply.
- This Invoice is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After expiry, the Banker may reissue the Invoice with updated rates.
- Any disputes regarding this Invoice shall be resolved through the Bangladesh Financial Ombudsman or the relevant court of competent jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

This Invoice has been prepared and authorized by the undersigned Banker, Mr. Kamal Hossain, in his capacity as the designated relationship manager for Meghna Textile Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. All services described herein were rendered in accordance with the Master Banking Services Agreement (Contract No: MBSA-2024-0112) executed between the parties in Bangladesh Dhaka on 12 January 2024.
The Banker confirms that all trade finance instruments, FX transactions, and compliance filings referenced in this Invoice have been processed in full compliance with the Bangladesh Bank Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1947, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act, 2012 (as amended). The client is advised to retain this Invoice for their statutory records and for submission to the National Board of Revenue (NBR) for input tax credit purposes.
