Terms, Conditions & Payment Instructions
1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Ethiopian Commercial Code (Proclamation No. 1210/2020) and the National Bank of Ethiopia's directives on banking service fee structures. The Banker reserves the right to adjust rates in compliance with updated regulatory circulars.
2. Payment of the full amount of ETB 179,860.00 (One Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Ethiopian Birr) is due no later than 30 June 2025. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service agreement.
3. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Ethiopian Commercial Bank, Branch: Bole, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Account Name: Abraham Tesfaye – Banking Advisory Services. Account Number: 1001-0045-8823-7712. SWIFT: ETCBETAA.
4. All services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed Banker operating within the jurisdiction of Ethiopia Addis Ababa. The Banker holds a valid professional license issued by the National Bank of Ethiopia and is registered with the Ethiopian Chamber of Commerce.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Banker reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations if applicable rates have changed.
6. The client acknowledges that all banking transactions facilitated under this engagement are subject to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Proclamation (No. 595/2009) of Ethiopia. The Banker shall report any suspicious activity as required by law.
7. Disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying services shall be resolved through the Addis Ababa City Court or, at the mutual agreement of both parties, through arbitration under the Ethiopian Arbitration and Conciliation Proclamation (No. 1221/2020).
