Payment Deadline: This invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, in accordance with Article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce). Late payment shall incur statutory interest at the rate prescribed by Article L.441-10 of the Code de commerce, plus a fixed indemnity of forty euros (€40) for recovery costs.
