Invoice Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued by Munich Financial Advisory GmbH in accordance with the German Commercial Code (Handelsgesetzbuch) and the applicable provisions of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch). The services described herein were rendered by a qualified Banker registered with the relevant professional bodies in Germany Munich.
- Payment is due within 30 calendar days of the Invoice issue date via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. Please reference Invoice number INV-2025-0847 in all correspondence.
- In the event of late payment, interest at the statutory rate of 8 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate shall apply, in accordance with Section 288 of the German Civil Code.
- The Banker reserves the right to suspend ongoing advisory services if payment is not received within 14 days of the due date. This Invoice does not constitute a waiver of any rights under the master service agreement dated 1 January 2025.
- All financial data and client information processed in connection with this Invoice are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). The Banker and Munich Financial Advisory GmbH are committed to the highest standards of data security and confidentiality as required by German banking law.
- This Invoice is valid for the tax year 2025 in Germany Munich. A duplicate Invoice may be requested in writing by the client. In case of dispute, the courts of Munich, Germany shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Regulatory Disclosure: Munich Financial Advisory GmbH is authorized and supervised by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht – BaFin), Graurheindorfer Str. 108, 53117 Bonn, Germany. The Banker named on this Invoice holds a valid professional license for financial advisory services in Germany Munich and the European Union.
Tax Note: This Invoice has been issued in accordance with Section 14 of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz – UStG). The 19% VAT rate applicable in Germany Munich has been applied to all taxable services. If the client is a registered VAT payer in Germany, the reverse-charge mechanism does not apply as both parties are established in Germany Munich.
Record Keeping: In compliance with German commercial law, this Invoice and all supporting documentation must be retained for a minimum of ten (10) years by both the issuing Banker's firm and the client.
