- This Invoice is issued by a licensed Banker operating under the regulatory authority of the Central Bank of Iraq and is valid for payment within 15 calendar days from the date of issue.
- All services rendered by the Banker in Iraq Baghdad are subject to the Banking Law of Iraq (No. 94 of 2004, as amended) and the Central Bank of Iraq's circulars and directives in force at the time of service delivery.
- Payment is due in full by 30 June 2025. Late payments will incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in accordance with Iraqi commercial law.
- The Banker reserves the right to suspend ongoing advisory services if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date stated on this Invoice.
- All banking transactions referenced in this Invoice have been recorded in the Banker's official ledger and are subject to audit by the Central Bank of Iraq's Inspection Department.
- This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document. Any disputes arising from the services described herein shall be resolved through the Baghdad Commercial Court in accordance with Iraqi jurisdiction.
