Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Banker in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated January 10, 2025, governing all banking advisory services rendered in Japan Kyoto.
- Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified below. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under Japan Kyoto commercial banking regulations.
- All services described in this Invoice were performed by a licensed Banker holding valid credentials from the Japan Securities Dealers Association and the Financial Services Agency. The Banker assumes no liability for market movements or third-party regulatory changes occurring after the service period.
- This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Banker services rendered during the period of January 2025 through June 2025 for the Japan Kyoto office. No additional charges shall apply unless a written amendment to the Master Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes regarding this Invoice must be submitted in writing within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. The Banker reserves the right to suspend ongoing services if payment is not received by the due date stated above.
- Governing law: The laws of Japan, with jurisdiction vested in the Kyoto District Court, Japan Kyoto.
