Invoice Notes & Terms
This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Banker in accordance with the Master Service Agreement (Contract No. MSA-2024-1156) executed between Tokyo Metropolitan Financial Group and Sakura Trading Corporation. All services were rendered at the Banker's principal office located in Japan Tokyo, Chiyoda Ward.
The Banker warrants that all financial advisory, account management, and compliance services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Banking Act of Japan, the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, and all applicable regulations issued by the Financial Services Agency headquartered in Japan Tokyo.
Payment of this Invoice is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the governing agreement. Please reference Invoice No. JPT-2025-04872 in all correspondence and remittance instructions.
