This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Banking Act, 2016 (Cap 488) and the regulations of the Central Bank of Kenya. All services rendered by the Banker are subject to the Master Banking Services Agreement dated 12 January 2025 between the parties. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the Central Bank of Kenya's reference rate plus two percent per annum.
Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for professional banking services rendered by the undersigned Banker and their firm in Kenya Nairobi. All charges are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated.
2. The Banker warrants that all advisory services, compliance filings, and financial structuring activities were performed in full compliance with the standards set by the Central Bank of Kenya, the Kenya Bankers Association, and applicable international banking norms.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Kenya Nairobi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1995 (Cap 49), and the prevailing laws of the Republic of Kenya.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Banker reserves the right to reissue the Invoice with updated tax calculations and applicable surcharges.
5. All confidential information exchanged during the course of the banking relationship is protected under the Data Protection Act, 2019 of Kenya and the professional secrecy obligations binding on every licensed Banker in Kenya Nairobi.
