Payment Terms & Instructions
This Invoice must be settled in full within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue, no later than 30 June 2025. Payment shall be made in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) via bank transfer to the Banker's designated account at CB Bank, Yangon Main Branch, as stated above. The Banker reserves the right to suspend all ongoing financial advisory services in Myanmar Yangon should payment remain outstanding beyond the due date. A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any overdue balance in accordance with the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025. All payments are subject to the prevailing tax regulations of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
Notes & Important Information
1. This Invoice has been prepared and issued by a licensed Banker operating under the regulatory framework of the Central Bank of Myanmar and the Ministry of Commerce, Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
2. All services described herein were rendered in the city of Yangon, Myanmar, and are governed by the laws of Myanmar. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the Yangon District Court or by arbitration under the Myanmar Arbitration Law.
3. The Banker confirms that all financial data, client information, and transaction details contained in this Invoice are treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the Myanmar Data Protection Law and professional banking ethics.
4. Please retain this Invoice for your corporate tax filing with the Inland Revenue Department, Yangon Regional Office. A duplicate copy may be requested from the Banker's office within ninety (90) days of the issue date.
5. This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of financial returns. All advisory opinions provided by the Banker are based on information available at the time of service delivery in Myanmar Yangon.
