- This Invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date via bank transfer to the account specified above. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per the State Bank of Pakistan's prevailing rates applicable in Pakistan Islamabad.
- All services rendered by the Banker are subject to the confidentiality provisions outlined in the Master Service Agreement dated 01 January 2025, executed in Pakistan Islamabad.
- The Banker reserves the right to suspend ongoing advisory services if payment of this Invoice is not received by the stated due date. No liability shall be accepted for any financial losses arising from delayed payment.
- This Invoice does not constitute a guarantee of any specific financial outcome. The Banker's role is strictly advisory, and all final decisions regarding banking transactions, investments, and credit facilities rest solely with the client.
- Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan. The jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan Islamabad shall be exclusively applicable.
- The Banker confirms that all professional fees charged in this Invoice are inclusive of all applicable regulatory levies, professional indemnity insurance, and administrative costs associated with providing banking advisory services in Pakistan Islamabad.
- This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Banker reserves the right to revise the amounts to reflect any changes in applicable tax rates or regulatory fees in Pakistan Islamabad.
