Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
- This Invoice is issued by the undersigned Banker in accordance with the commercial banking regulations of the Republic of Sudan and the operational guidelines of the Sudan Central Bank as applicable to financial service providers in Khartoum.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments shall attract a penalty interest of 1.5% per month, calculated on the outstanding balance, in line with Sudanese commercial law.
- All banking services described in this Invoice have been performed by a licensed and registered Banker operating within the jurisdiction of Khartoum, Sudan. The Banker holds valid authorization from the Sudan Central Bank to provide corporate advisory, trade finance, and treasury management services.
