A late payment penalty of 2% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.
Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
1. All Biologist services described in this Invoice were performed in accordance with the professional standards set by the Afghanistan National Board of Biological Sciences and the ethical guidelines of the International Union of Biological Sciences (IUBS).
2. The Biologist, Dr. Layla Karimi, holds a valid professional practice license issued by the Ministry of Higher Education of Afghanistan and is registered with the Afghanistan Kabul Professional Biologists Registry under number BIO-AF-2019-4421.
3. All fieldwork conducted in Afghanistan Kabul was carried out with the necessary environmental permits and local community notifications as required by the Afghanistan Environmental Protection Authority.
4. The technical report referenced in Line Item 3 will be delivered in both printed and digital (PDF) format to the Ministry's central library in Afghanistan Kabul within five business days of full payment.
5. This Invoice constitutes a final and binding financial document. Any disputes regarding the scope or quality of Biologist services must be raised in writing within thirty (30) days of the Invoice date.
6. GreenField Biological Research Institute reserves the right to publish anonymized research findings derived from the Afghanistan Kabul fieldwork in peer-reviewed scientific journals, subject to prior written approval from the Ministry.
