Important Notes Regarding This Invoice
This Invoice is issued in full compliance with the Algerian Commercial Code and the regulations governing professional services in Algeria Algiers. All biological assessments and laboratory analyses referenced herein were performed by a licensed Biologist registered with the Ordre des Biologistes d'Algérie and the relevant municipal authority in Algeria Algiers.
The services described in this Invoice were conducted in strict adherence to Algerian environmental legislation, including Law 03-10 relating to the protection of the environment and the preservation of natural resources. The Biologist confirms that all fieldwork, sampling, and laboratory procedures followed the protocols established by the Algerian National Agency for Environmental Protection (ANPE).
Payment for this Invoice shall be made via bank transfer to the IBAN specified above. The client is reminded that late payment beyond the due date of 15 July 2025 will incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Algerian commercial law. This Invoice must be retained by the client for a minimum period of ten (10) years in accordance with Algerian accounting regulations.
The Biologist reserves the right to publish anonymized scientific findings derived from the data collected during the engagement described in this Invoice, subject to prior written consent from the client. All raw data, field notes, and laboratory records remain the intellectual property of the Biologist unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice constitutes a binding financial document between the Biologist (service provider) and SARE (client) for the professional biological services rendered in Algeria Algiers during the period of 02 June 2025 to 14 June 2025.
2. All services were performed by the Biologist personally or under the direct supervision of the Biologist. No subcontracting of biological fieldwork or laboratory analysis was undertaken without prior written authorization from the client.
3. The client acknowledges that the biological data, ecological assessments, and conservation recommendations provided by the Biologist are based on scientific methodology and current best practices in environmental biology. The Biologist does not guarantee specific ecological outcomes but warrants the accuracy and integrity of all data presented.
4. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Algeria Algiers, in accordance with the jurisdictional provisions of the Algerian Code of Civil Procedure.
5. This Invoice is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a reissued Invoice from the Biologist's office in Algeria Algiers.
