This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days of the issue date, in accordance with the engagement contract between Whitfield Biological Consulting and the Victorian Environmental Research Institute.

Overdue amounts will attract interest at the rate of 10% per annum, calculated daily, in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and the Victorian Commercial Tenancy and Contractual Obligations Act.
