- This Invoice is issued by a licensed Biologist operating under the regulatory framework of Bangladesh and is valid for payment within the Dhaka metropolitan area and its surrounding districts.
- All biological fieldwork and laboratory analyses described in this Invoice were conducted in compliance with the Bangladesh National Research Council (BNRC) guidelines and the Bangladesh Environmental Conservation Act, 1995.
- The Biologist warrants that all species identifications, ecological assessments, and biological data presented in the associated reports are accurate to the best of professional scientific knowledge and standard taxonomic nomenclature.
- Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Bangladesh commercial practice.
- This Invoice is non-transferable. Any dispute arising from the services rendered shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- The client acknowledges that all biological samples collected during the engagement remain the property of the Biologist unless otherwise stated in the master service agreement.
