Invoice Terms, Conditions & Payment Information
This Invoice is issued by Dr. Eleanor M. Ashworth, a licensed and registered Biologist operating in the Canada Vancouver area, in accordance with the professional services agreement dated April 1, 2025, between the Biologist and Coastal Ecosystems Research Institute.
- Payment Due: Full payment of $10,469.21 CAD is due within thirty (30) calendar days of the Invoice issue date, no later than July 12, 2025.
- Payment Method: Electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the Biologist's business account at RBC Bank, Vancouver Branch. Account details are provided on the reverse of this Invoice document.
- Late Payment: A late payment surcharge of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date, in compliance with the British Columbia Late and Interest Payment Act.
- Disputes: Any discrepancies regarding the services described in this Invoice must be communicated in writing to the Biologist within ten (10) business days of receipt. Unaddressed items will be considered approved.
- Confidentiality: All ecological data, species location information, and proprietary research findings contained in the deliverables referenced by this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise stated in the master services agreement.
- Regulatory Compliance: All fieldwork and laboratory analyses performed by the Biologist were conducted in full compliance with the Canada Vancouver municipal environmental regulations, the British Columbia Environmental Management Act, and applicable federal wildlife protection statutes.
