3. The Biologist warrants that all data, reports, and analyses referenced in this Invoice are original, accurate, and produced with professional scientific rigor. All intellectual property rights to the final reports remain with the client upon full payment of this Invoice.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through the competent courts of Kinshasa, DR Congo, in accordance with applicable national legislation.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Biologist reserves the right to re-evaluate pricing due to inflation, currency fluctuation, or changes in operational costs within DR Congo Kinshasa.
6. The Biologist acknowledges receipt of the engagement contract (Ref: MEED-2025-0312) signed on 28 May 2025 in Kinshasa, DR Congo, which governs the scope of services billed herein.
