This Invoice is issued by Dr. Omar Khalil Mansour, a licensed Biologist operating under the Alexandria Marine & Environmental Biology Lab, registered in Alexandria, Egypt. All biological fieldwork, laboratory analyses, and consulting services described herein were performed in full compliance with the Egyptian Environmental Affairs Agency (EEAA) regulations and the Alexandria Governorate's environmental protection bylaws.
The Biologist warrants that all data, reports, and findings submitted under this Invoice are original, scientifically accurate, and free from intellectual property infringement. All raw data sets, photographic records, and specimen vouchers collected during the Alexandria coastal survey are the property of the client and shall be transferred upon full settlement of this Invoice.
Please note that any additional fieldwork, re-analysis, or supplementary reporting requested after the dates listed above will be subject to a separate Invoice and prior written approval from both parties. The Biologist reserves the right to withhold final deliverables until the outstanding balance on this Invoice is cleared in full.
This Invoice is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments beyond the due date of 30 June 2025 shall incur a penalty interest of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Egyptian commercial law (Law No. 178 of 1981).
