Payment Terms & Conditions
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement (Contract Ref: MSH-GE-2025-0112) between the Ethiopian Ministry of Science and Higher Education and Green Earth Biological Research Institute, Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
- Full payment of 162,607.00 ETB (One Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Six Hundred and Seven Ethiopian Birr) is due within 15 calendar days from the date of this Invoice.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to: Commercial Bank of Ethiopia, Branch: Bole, Account Name: Green Earth Biological Research Institute, Account No. 1001-2345-6789-012.
- A late payment penalty of 1.5% per month will be applied to any outstanding balance after the due date of 30 June 2025.
- This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice may be required to reflect any applicable tax rate changes in Ethiopia.
- All services rendered by the Biologist are covered under the professional liability insurance policy held by the institute (Policy No. CBE-INS-2024-8871).
Additional Notes
The Biologist, Dr. Hanna Bekele, confirms that all fieldwork and laboratory analyses described in this Invoice were conducted in full compliance with the Ethiopian Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) regulations and the National Biodiversity Strategy and Action Plan (NBSAP) of Ethiopia Addis Ababa.
The final scientific report and all raw data sets referenced in line item 2 have been delivered to the Ministry's office in Arat Kilo, Ethiopia Addis Ababa, on 19 June 2025. A digital copy has also been transmitted via the Ministry's secure portal.
