Payment Terms and Conditions
This invoice is issued by Dr. Élise Marchand, a certified Biologist operating in Paris, France, in accordance with the French Commercial Code (Code de commerce) and the applicable provisions governing professional services in the Île-de-France region. Payment of the total amount of €27,210.00 (twenty-seven thousand two hundred and ten euros) is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue, i.e., no later than 14 July 2025.

- All biological samples, data sets, and reports referenced in this invoice remain the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise stipulated in the original service agreement dated 15 April 2025.
- The Biologist confirms that all fieldwork and laboratory procedures were conducted in full compliance with the French regulations on biological safety (arrêté du 12 février 2009) and the European Union Directive 2009/128/EC on the sustainable use of pesticides where applicable.
- This invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document under French tax law (Code général des impôts, Article 286). A duplicate may be requested by contacting the Biologist's office in the 5th arrondissement of Paris.
- Any dispute arising from this invoice shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, France.
