Important Notes
1. All Biologist services described in this Invoice were performed in full compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency Act, 1992 (PNDCL 293) and the regulations of the Ghana National Board for Science, Technology and Research.
2. The lead Biologist, Dr. Ama Serwaa Boateng, holds a valid professional licence issued by the Ghana Association of Biologists and is registered with the National Biomedical Research Ethics Committee.
3. All fieldwork and laboratory analyses were conducted within the Ghana Accra metropolitan area and its immediate environs. No services were rendered outside this jurisdiction during the billing period.
4. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete billing for all Biologist services rendered during the period of 01 May 2025 to 31 May 2025. No additional charges will be incurred for this engagement.
5. A copy of this Invoice has been submitted to the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) for tax compliance purposes under the applicable withholding tax provisions.
