Notes and Terms
1. This Invoice is issued by PT BioNusantara Scientific Services, a registered biological research and consulting firm headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. All services rendered were performed by a licensed Biologist in accordance with Indonesian professional standards and regulations.
2. Payment is due within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of this Invoice. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated in the Service Agreement dated 20 May 2025.
3. All biological samples collected during the fieldwork remain the property of PT AgroTropika Research Institute. The Biologist and PT BioNusantara retain no ownership rights over collected specimens or associated data.
4. The PPN (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai) of 11% is applied in accordance with Indonesian tax law (UU PPN). This Invoice is issued as a tax invoice (Faktur Pajak) for the purpose of input tax credit claims by the recipient.
5. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the associated Biologist services shall be resolved through the Jakarta District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Jakarta Pusat) in accordance with Indonesian civil procedure law.
6. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the charges may be subject to revision based on current market rates for biological consulting services in the Jakarta region.
7. All fieldwork and laboratory activities were conducted in compliance with the Indonesian Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) permits and ethical guidelines for biological research in Indonesia.
