Notes & Conditions
1. All biological fieldwork and laboratory analyses described in this invoice were conducted in full compliance with the Iranian Environmental Protection Agency guidelines and the Tehran municipal environmental permits.
2. The biologist (Dr. Farzad Mohammadi) holds a valid professional license issued by the Ministry of Health and Medical Education, Tehran, and all services were rendered under the supervision of the Tehran BioSciences Institute quality assurance protocol.
3. Any additional fieldwork, sample analysis, or report revision requested beyond the scope defined in this invoice will be subject to a separate supplementary invoice.
4. Late payments beyond the due date will incur a penalty of 0.5% per day as stipulated under Iranian commercial law (Law of Obligations, Article 250).
5. This invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, a re-issued invoice reflecting current IRR exchange rates and tax regulations in Iran will be required.
Terms & Conditions
This invoice constitutes a formal request for payment for biological and ecological services rendered by a licensed biologist operating in Tehran, Iran. By accepting this invoice, the client acknowledges receipt of all deliverables listed above and agrees to the payment terms specified. All disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tehran Commercial Court in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The biologist and the issuing institute reserve the right to withhold final deliverables (including the complete biological impact assessment report) until full payment is confirmed in the designated bank account in Tehran.
