1. All biological fieldwork described in this Invoice was conducted in full compliance with the Iraqi Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) regulations and the Ministry of Environment operational guidelines for the Iraq Baghdad region.
2. The Biologist, Dr. Layla Al-Hussein, holds a valid professional license issued by the Iraqi Board of Scientific Specialties (License No: BIO-IQ-2019-0042) and is registered with the Baghdad Chamber of Commerce.
3. All laboratory analyses referenced in this Invoice were performed at the accredited Al-Rafidain Central Laboratory, Baghdad, which holds ISO/IEC 17025:2017 certification.
4. This Invoice is valid for 60 days from the date of issue. After this period, a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments will be issued.
5. Any disputes arising from the services rendered under this Invoice shall be resolved through the Baghdad Commercial Court in accordance with Iraqi commercial law.
