2. All species identification and taxonomic data provided by the Biologist are subject to peer review by the Japan Osaka Environmental Research Board before final publication.
3. The Biologist retains intellectual property rights over all proprietary methodologies and analytical frameworks developed during the course of this engagement in Japan Osaka.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. After this period, the Japan Osaka client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable tax or regulatory changes.
