1. This Invoice is issued in accordance with the Moroccan Commercial Code and the regulations governing professional services in the city of Casablanca, Morocco. All services were rendered by a licensed Biologist registered with the Moroccan Order of Scientists.
2. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the following account: Bank CIH, Casablanca Branch – IBAN: MA64 4002 1000 0123 4567 8901 2345. Please reference Invoice Number BIO-CAS-2025-0472 on all remittances.
3. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Moroccan commercial law. The Biologist reserves the right to suspend ongoing monitoring activities in Casablanca until full settlement of this Invoice is confirmed.
4. All ecological data, field notes, and laboratory results referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Biologist and may not be reproduced without written consent. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the findings for the specific project in Morocco Casablanca.
5. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the issue date. Should the client require a revised or corrected Invoice, please contact the Biologist's office in Casablanca within 15 business days of receipt.
