Terms & Conditions of This Invoice
1. The Biologist, Dr. Anisha Shrestha, warrants that all services described in this Invoice were performed with professional diligence, scientific accuracy, and full compliance with Nepal Kathmandu environmental and research regulations.
2. Payment is due within 15 calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Nepal commercial law.
3. The Biologist shall maintain confidentiality of all proprietary data, unpublished findings, and client information obtained during the course of this Invoice engagement.
4. Any dispute arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Nepal Kathmandu under the Nepal Arbitration Act, 1995.
5. This Invoice constitutes the final and complete statement of charges for the services rendered. No additional charges shall be levied unless a supplementary Invoice is mutually agreed upon in writing.
6. The Biologist is registered with the Nepal Kathmandu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and holds a valid professional license for biological consulting services in Nepal.
