Notes and Additional Information
This Invoice has been issued by a qualified and registered Biologist operating within the New Zealand Wellington region in accordance with the New Zealand Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) guidelines and the Resource Management Act 1991. All biological fieldwork was conducted under the appropriate permits issued by the Wellington Regional Council and the Department of Conservation (DOC) for the New Zealand Wellington area.
The Biologist confirms that all species identification, ecological assessments, and conservation recommendations contained in the associated technical report were performed to the highest professional standard and in full compliance with New Zealand biodiversity legislation, including the New Zealand Threat Classification System (NZTCS) and the Wellington Regional Policy Statement on ecological integrity.
