Payment Instructions
This Invoice must be settled within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date, as stated above. Please remit payment via bank transfer to the account detailed in the Biologist service provider section. Kindly reference Invoice number INV-2025-00472 in your payment narration. All payments are to be made in Nigerian Naira (₦) to the GTBank account ending in 0123456789. Late payments will attract a penalty of 2% per month in accordance with the Federal Inland Revenue Service guidelines applicable in Nigeria Lagos.
Notes & Remarks
This Invoice covers all biological fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and professional consultancy services rendered by the Biologist, Dr. Adewale Okafor, and his accredited team between 2 June 2025 and 12 June 2025. All work was conducted in strict compliance with the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency (NESREA) regulations and the Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) operational guidelines. The biological data and reports referenced in this Invoice remain the intellectual property of the Biologist and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent. Should the client require additional biological assessments, supplementary sampling, or extended laboratory work beyond the scope of this Invoice, a separate quotation and amended Invoice will be issued prior to commencement of any additional services.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the specific regulations of the Nigeria Lagos state jurisdiction.
2. The Biologist reserves the right to suspend any ongoing fieldwork or laboratory services if payment is not received by the due date specified on this Invoice.
3. All biological samples, data sets, and analytical reports delivered under this Invoice are provided for the exclusive use of the client named herein and are subject to the confidentiality provisions of the engagement contract dated 25 May 2025.
4. Any disputes arising from this Invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria 2004.
5. The Biologist's professional liability is limited to the total value of this Invoice. No warranty is provided beyond the accuracy of the biological data as of the date of collection and analysis.
