Payment Terms & Conditions
1. This Invoice must be settled in full within 15 calendar days from the Invoice date (i.e., by 30 June 2025). Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the Biologist's designated account in Pakistan Islamabad.
2. Bank: National Bank of Pakistan, Jinnah Avenue Branch, Pakistan Islamabad. Account Title: Dr. Ayesha Khan. IBAN: PK00 NBPA 0000 0000 0000 0000.
3. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as per the Pakistan Islamabad commercial tax regulations.
4. This Invoice is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. After this period, the Biologist reserves the right to re-quote the services listed herein.
5. All services described in this Invoice were performed by a qualified Biologist registered with the Pakistan Islamabad Biologists Association and comply with the standards set by the Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (PEPA).

• This Invoice has been issued in accordance with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) guidelines applicable in Pakistan Islamabad for professional service providers.
• The Biologist confirms that all fieldwork, laboratory analysis, and advisory services listed in this Invoice were conducted within the administrative boundaries of Pakistan Islamabad, Capital Territory.
• All ecological data, reports, and findings generated under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Biologist until full payment of this Invoice is received.
• The client is requested to retain this Invoice for their official records and for any future environmental compliance audits conducted by the Pakistan Islamabad authorities.
• For any disputes or clarifications regarding this Invoice, the parties agree to resolve matters through arbitration in Pakistan Islamabad as per the Arbitration Act, 1940 of Pakistan.
