Payment Deadline: This Invoice is payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5% as stipulated under Peruvian commercial law (Código Civil del Perú, Art. 1231).
Tax Information: The IGV (Impuesto General a las Ventas) of 18% has been applied in accordance with the Peruvian Tax Code (Código Tributario). This Invoice constitutes a valid fiscal document for tax deduction purposes in Peru Lima.
Professional Certification: All services rendered by the Biologist, Dra. María Fernanda Quispe Rojas, were performed in full compliance with the Peruvian Environmental Law (Ley General del Ambiente, D.L. 1013) and the regulations of the National Council of Science, Technology and Innovation (CONCYTEC).
