Terms and Conditions
1. This invoice is payable within fifteen (15) calendar days from the issue date. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Qatar commercial law.
2. All biological data, reports, and deliverables produced by the Biologist under this engagement remain the intellectual property of the Biologist until full payment is received. Upon settlement, all rights transfer to the client.
3. The Biologist warrants that all fieldwork, laboratory analyses, and expert opinions provided in Doha, Qatar, comply with the standards set by the Qatar Environment & Energy Authority and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO 14001).
4. Any disputes arising from this invoice shall be resolved through arbitration in Doha, Qatar, in accordance with the Qatar Arbitration Law.
5. This invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the Biologist reserves the right to reissue the invoice with updated pricing.
