Invoice Notes
This Invoice is issued in accordance with the service agreement (Contract Ref: SWEA-2025-0112) between Al-Riyadh BioSciences Consulting LLC and the Saudi Arabian Wildlife & Environmental Authority. All Biologist services were performed in full compliance with Saudi Arabian environmental regulations and the Saudi Green Initiative guidelines.
The Biologist, Dr. Sarah Al-Harbi, holds a valid professional license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and is registered with the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture for all fieldwork conducted within Saudi Arabia Riyadh and its surrounding governorates.
Payment is to be made via bank transfer to the account details below within fifteen (15) calendar days of the Invoice date. Late payments are subject to a penalty of 1.5% per month as stipulated in the service contract.

Terms and Conditions
1. This Invoice becomes due and payable on the stated Due Date. The client acknowledges receipt of all Biologist deliverables, including the final environmental impact report, data sets, and training materials, as of 12 June 2025.
2. All intellectual property rights in the reports, analyses, and methodologies developed by the Biologist during the engagement remain with Al-Riyadh BioSciences Consulting LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client receives a non-exclusive license to use the findings for internal regulatory purposes within Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
3. Any disputes arising from this Invoice or the underlying service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.
4. This Invoice is valid for ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, the client must request a revised Invoice reflecting any applicable price adjustments.
5. The Biologist services described herein were conducted under the supervision and quality assurance protocols of Al-Riyadh BioSciences Consulting LLC. All laboratory analyses were performed at an ISO 17025-accredited facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
